Pricing
The prices of the products quoted in HandicraftHome.com are all inclusive of all
liable taxes and freight within the Kathmandu Valley and are required to pay
additional charges on account of freight, insurance and delivery charges where
the item is delivered in any distance outside the Kathmandu valley or country
outside Nepal thereof.
Delivery
The delivery shall be made within the specified in the invoice under normal
circumstances. The guarantee of delivery in time is subject to Force majored,
flood, fire, earthquake, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our
control or any delays from the express delivery companies.
In case change of address or incorrect, incomplete address given by the
consignee, the additional cost of delivering to the right address will be bear
by the buyers.
Payments
The payment has to be done through credit card if possible, all the major credit
cards are accepted and credit card payment will be processed through
2CheckOut.com within the secure environment.
Bank Draft, MoneyGram, WesternUnion or TT (Telegraphic Transfer), Wire transfer
to our bank account is also additional payment option. Details are given, while
accessing check out section of your online shopping cart at HandicraftHome.com.
Upon we receive your inquiry or order by email or fax (with code items,
description size color, quantities), we will send approval and ask you to
proceed other steps accordingly.
If Online Payment system doesn't work please use email route for booking the
order.
For huge or wholesale ordering, 70% of the total amount invoice prior to
beginning production of the order as advance payment shall be taken with the
balance being transferred at the time goods are ready to ship plus the shipping
costs.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an e-mail or fax confirmation of your order as soon as your
order is authorized. This confirmation will indicate your order number and can
be used as reference for checking the status.
Order Cancellation
Under any circumstances order once placed on the web-site cannot be cancelled.
While effort shall be made to deliver the goods ordered, however due to any
reason where the delivery cannot be made, HandicradftHome.com shall cancel the
order placed and refund the amount if paid already without any interest or any
other compensation.
Limited Liability
HandicraftHome.com’s liability is limited to the supply of the goods as per the
order subject to the terms and conditions. Import of products is solely the
responsibility of the Buyer and Handicrafthome.com shall not compensate the
buyer or any other person nor pay any damage or compensation or penalties for
violations of any laws that may take place on account of import of goods ordered
in that country. The goods that are imported are wholly at the buyers risk and
liability.
Sample Orders
We can send sample orders only to our Bulk or wholesale Buyers. For the sample
order we charge US $50 over and above the total amount and shipping cost. This
amount will be refunded when the final order is finalized.
